Sue Goreham has recieved training in Halifax at a course offered at the Maritime Tattoo Festival May 2008, in safe handling of blood borne pathogens and the prevention of disease transmission through tattooing.This course was available to all tattoo artists in Nova Scotia
and should be manditory,although it is currently voluntary.
Demand safety-ask your artist to see his/her certificate.
You can expect very strict sanitation in this studio,with everything bagged,barriered and disposable for your protection.

For personal reasons,I have withdrawn from my contract to work for the summer at Skin Decision Tattoo and Piercing in Truro.I do,however,wish to thank Julie,Nicole,Chris Farr and Mark Marshall for a great experience in the six months I worked with them.And I want to give special mention of my appreciation to Mark Marshall,who took me under his wing and mentored me during my time at Skin Decision.I can't say thank you enough Mark!And I promise to keep wearing my glasses!LOL!I will miss you all.
Accordingly,I am back to working full time in my own shop again and looking forward to a busy summer season.
